We offer five categories of membership to suit different needs:
Full membership £34
◊ Bee Disease Insurance and Public Liability
◊ BBKA membership
◊ Access to all Association organised events
◊ Advice from seasoned beekeepers including via WhatsApp & Facebook
◊ Practical and theory training including apiary demonstration sessions
◊ Winter programme of talks and workshops given by guest speakers
Friend £13
This category is best suited to brand new beekeepers (those without bees) or for full members of other Associations. Friends are welcome to attend the meetings and events.
Family £1.50
Intended for spouse or offspring of a full member. Can attend winter meetings.
Partner £26
This is for spouses and partners who keep their own bees, living at the same address as a BBKA registered member. It includes Public Liability Insurance for beekeeping activities.
Junior £14
For persons under the age of 18 in conjunction with their parent, carer or guardian having 'full' membership of our division. Includes Bee Disease Insurance.
